Whereas we know well that the hospitality ofthe Shire of Klakavirki is second to none, having heard many good reports from worthy and reputable persons who hav evisited the said shire and who swear to the generosity of their hosts, and the splendour of the lands of the said shire of Klakavirki.

and ourselves being well acquainted with your thoughtful generosity of the said Shire of Klakaviki, having been the recipient of many a gift of Har∂fiskur, in which the Prince takes great delight.

Therefore, in recognition of the many great services and kindnesses done to our predecessors do We proclaim that the Shire of Klakavirki are to hold a monopoly upon the trade in Har∂fiskur and that no other shire in our lands shall produce the said Har∂fiskur nor shall they import counterfeit from Nordmark, nor re-sell at a profit, nor shall any shire impose any tariff, excise, customs levies, imposts or other such charges or in any other way bar, let, or hinder or trespass upon the Har∂fiskur trade,  at pain of our royal wrath and displeasure.

By our hand, to be recorded in our chancery at our court in the Shire of Mynydd Gwyn on the 17th day of December in our Reign.
